Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
【Product & R&D】
Develop new in-house liquid soup and sauce products
- Handle customized (OEM/PB) development for Thai clients
- Create stable formulations using multiple ingredients
- Conduct sensory evaluation and support documentation (specs, test sheets, etc.)

【Technical Communication & Handover】
Coordinate with contract manufacturers for test production and commercial runs
- Occasionally work with our Japanese CTO, who is currently managing QC and technical communication with factories
- In the future, gradually take over those responsibilities to become a key technical contact in Thailand
- Communicate with HQ QC team to align product standards and production quality
- Join sales meetings to provide technical input and help propose products to clients
- Other duties assigned 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Food science or related
・At least 3 years of experience in product development in food industry
・Able to convert sensory evaluation (e.g., flavor testing) into measurable data
・Convasation middle level in English (*communication with Japanese managing director, supplier, and OEM manufacturing company )

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in small sized company 
・Working experience in QA QC in food industry
