Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
-Planning, design, and development of genuine accessories for vehicles (e.g., LED lamps, cooler systems, etc.)
-Development of commercial vehicles and related parts for emerging markets
-Leading development projects for electric pickup trucks (EVs)
-Supporting pilot testing and analyzing development data for battery-swappable EVs
-Performing structural, aerodynamic, and crash safety analysis using CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) tools
-Coordinating technical collaboration and joint development projects with Japanese headquarters and global affiliates
-Planning and improving products based on market needs in Thailand and the ASEAN region
-Conducting performance testing and validation of prototype vehicles and components
-Supporting parts design and quality control in cooperation with suppliers
-Managing development progress and preparing technical documentation (e.g., design drawings, specifications)
-Overseeing project timelines and ensuring smooth execution of development activities

Job Requirement
<Required Skills>
-Major in Engineering (high school diploma acceptable)
-Minimum 7 years of experience in R&D in automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1–3 suppliers)
-Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
-Conversational high level in Japanese *To communicate with report line and Japan head office
-Conversational middle level in English *For internal communication
-Business-level communication skills in English and Japanese
-Experience in team-based development and collaboration with suppliers
<Preferred Skills>
-Knowledge and practical experience in quality control
-Skilled in technical coordination and meeting facilitation with headquarters in Japan and overseas offices
