R&D Engineer
(25K – 40K) (SDG-73644)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Visit client with sales team to hearing client requirement with company car no driver.
• Receiving seat model or seat drawing from client.
• Design and develop seat structure model by AUTO CAD 2D/3D, Solid work program.
• Prepare model development configuration.
• Responsible to prepare prepare Cutting Lay-out and Sewing Process
• Coordinate with other related department to trial new products.
• Testing various properties of newly developed products to meet the specifications.
• Prepare test summary report research and development of products that are in responsibility, reporting to GM.
• BOM Preparation
• To assist Follow IATF 16949 procedure to record all the activities of new products development.
• To prepare Prototype Template, Master Template & Production Template
• Present the work piece to customer and receive the comment.
• Support other duties as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• College diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field.
• At least 3 years experiences as R&D Engineer role in Automotive seat (Leather).
• Able to use Auto CAD 2D/3D and Solid work program.
• Advance conversation middle to high level of English.
• Have knowledge in IATF16949.
• Request car license
• Have TOEIC score 500 up is preferable
• Have knowledge and experience about car seat sewing machine is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• เยี่ยมลูกค้าพร้อมทีมขายเพื่อฟังความต้องการของลูกค้าที่มีรถบริษัทไม่มีคนขับ
• รับแบบที่นั่งหรือแบบที่นั่งจากลูกค้า
• ออกแบบและพัฒนาโมเดลโครงสร้างเบาะนั่งโดย AUTO CAD 2D/3D โปรแกรม Solid work
• เตรียมการกำหนดค่าการพัฒนาแบบจำลอง
• รับผิดชอบในการเตรียม Lay-out และขั้นตอนการตัดเย็บ
• ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อทดลองใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
• ทดสอบคุณสมบัติต่างๆ ของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นใหม่เพื่อให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนด
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปการทดสอบการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ รายงานต่อ GM
• การเตรียม BOM
• เพื่อช่วย ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอน IATF 16949 เพื่อบันทึกกิจกรรมทั้งหมดของการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
• เพื่อเตรียมแม่แบบต้นแบบ แม่แบบต้นแบบ และแม่แบบการผลิต
• นำเสนอชิ้นงานให้กับลูกค้าและรับความคิดเห็น
• สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-40 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกร R&D ด้านเบาะรถยนต์ (เครื่องหนัง)
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD 2D/3D และ Solid work ได้
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความรู้ด้าน IATF16949
• ขอใบอนุญาตรถยนต์
• มีคะแนน TOEIC 500 ขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับจักรเย็บผ้าคาร์ซีทจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
