R&D Assistant Supervisor (to supervisor) (27K–43K) (SDG-99230) ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้างานหรือหัวหน้างาน R&D <Job responsibilities> ・Attend trials at customer’s end and carry out important role to develop new value-added product for company. ・Liaise with planning, production, sales etcb and carry out all development within stipulated time. ・Analyse trials ・Match and suggest material of film that could fit the design ・Estimate and calculate for costing ・Coordinate with the production team to make prototype ・Test and improve from the prototype to reach client expectation ・Present the prototype to client ・Advise and train R&D Junior staff level ・Other tasks as assign by management <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・เข้าร่วมการทดลองใช้งานของลูกค้าและดำเนินการตามบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เพิ่มมูลค่าใหม่สำหรับบริษัท ・ประสานงานกับการวางแผน การผลิต การขาย ฯลฯ และดำเนินการพัฒนาทั้งหมดภายในเวลาที่กำหนด ・วิเคราะห์การทดลอง ・จับคู่และแนะนำวัสดุของฟิล์มที่เหมาะกับการออกแบบ ・ประมาณและคำนวณต้นทุน ・ประสานงานกับทีมผู้ผลิตเพื่อสร้างต้นแบบ ・ทดสอบและปรับปรุงจากต้นแบบเพื่อให้บรรลุความคาดหวังของลูกค้า ・นำเสนอต้นแบบให้กับลูกค้า ・ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกอบรมพนักงานระดับจูเนียร์ R&D ・งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
