Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create new solution, control working plan and training subordinate in order to skill up for speed up.
• Summary and analysis for oversee of product development and judgement for next action.
• Competitor analysis and market trends.
• Following up all R&D team's decision execution.
• Make report to report line every month.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 37-42 years
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about R&D in Consumer goods company (Product : Adult Diapers, Sanitary Napkins or related) *Only
• Have management experience at least 2 years as R&D Assistant Manager in Consumer goods company (Product : Adult Diapers, Sanitary Napkins or related) *Only
• Able to use Auto CAD 2D, 3D program
• Advance conversation low level of English
• Have working experience about Bio, Chemical R&D process in Consumer goods company is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•สร้างโซลูชันใหม่ควบคุมแผนการทำงานและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะให้เร็วขึ้น
•สรุปและวิเคราะห์เพื่อดูแลการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และใช้วิจารณญาณในการดำเนินการต่อไป
•การวิเคราะห์คู่แข่งและแนวโน้มของตลาด
•ติดตามการดำเนินการตัดสินใจของทีม R&D ทั้งหมด
•ทำรายงานต่อสายรายงานทุกเดือน
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 37-42 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์วิทยาศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยและพัฒนาในบริษัทสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค (สินค้า: ผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่,ผ้าอนามัย หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง) เท่านั้น
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกการวิจัยและพัฒนาในบริษัทสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค (สินค้า: ผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่,ผ้าอนามัย หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง) เท่านั้น
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD 2D, 3D
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ Bio, Chemical R&D process ในบริษัทสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคเป็นที่ต้องการ
