Work Outline: Manage and plan for R&D operation and coordinate with other departments
Duties & Responsibility:
Manage and plan for R&D section to achieve target / KPI
Create theme new product and up skill R&D member to specialist
Responsible for Cost Reduction Activity
Coordinating with other departments that are involved in the project
Responsible for developing and testing rubber product
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 30-40 years old
Bachelor Degree in Chemical , Rubber or Polymer engineering
At least 7 year in R&D function
Working experience in chemical , Rubber , Extrusion Process
English skill (TOEIC 600 score up)
Have Management skills
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Chonburi
Working Hour: 8.00-17.30 (Mon-Fri)
