Quantity Surveyor @Rayong (60K-90K) (SDG-22233) <Job Responsibilities> Manage the costs on a construction project Help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project Measure and value the work done on site Visit site about 1 time/ week (Saraburi, Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya, Samutprakarn, Korat etc.) Pay subcontractors Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers Select and/or source construction materials Write reports Other tasks as assigned Workplace Area: Industrial Park in Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *every other Saturday working) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–90,000THB About the company Products: Construction, Civil engineering Business Type: Construction / Home Building;
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/female, 35-45 years Graduated from Civil Engineering or any related field 10-15 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor field Experience in managerial level Experience in Japanese company <Preferable Skill / Experience> Having civil license of construction field Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: None
