<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible to all bidding and taking care of tender documents - Arrange the kick-off meeting, tender document clarification with client regularly - Providing advice on the management of projects - Check drawings and estimate quotation for additional work (Variation Order) - Check sub-contractor’s quotation and compare price of suppliers and sub-contractors. - Check quantity and progress of sub-contractor’s payment to assess the work progress and claim to the client. - Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials - On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work - Feasibility studies of client requests - Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors - Allocating upcoming work to contractors - Site visits, assessments and projections for future work - Other task as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-50 years old - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil engineer, architect or related field - 10 years experiences in QS work with at least 2 years in management level (assistant manager or manager) - Good Knowledge in computer literacy skills (AutoCAD, MS Office). - Be able to communicate in English. - Be able to work under pressure - Able to solve difficult issues and be able to deal with both internal and external <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Petchaburi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:15-17:30(Mon-Fri , SAT : NONE) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–75,000THB About the company Products: Construction Development / Real Estate Business Business Type: Construction / Home Building
