Quantity Surveyor (80K-130K) (SDG-28743) <Job Responsibilities> Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project Select and/or source construction materials Manage the costs on a construction project Help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly Measure and value the work done on site Pay subcontractors Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers Write reports Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-50 years old Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field 10-15 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor field Experience in manager level Ad conversational level of English for internal communication Have negotiation skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> Having civil license of construction field Experience in Japanese company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Phetcaburi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri < Fri 8:00 - 18:00>) About the Benefits Salary: 80,000–130,000THB About the company Products: Construction, Civil engineering Business Type: Construction / Home Building
