Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support QMR activities, including maintaining quality records and updating CSR matrix and IATF interpretations. - Coordinate with internal teams to plan and conduct manufacturing process audits, including new model audits. - Support quality improvement activities and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with proper follow-up. - Plan and perform internal audits (First Party Audits) in compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO13485. - Control and maintain QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates, and suggest process improvements. - Monitor document control status and ensure effective implementation of actions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect data and report to QMR. - Maintain good collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience as a QMR, QA/QC Engineer, Quality Auditor in the manufacturing industry - Conversational middle level of English (Internal, Mainly with documentation, email) - Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO13485 standards. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience working in a Japanese company - Be able to join immediately
