Quality System Engineer
(22K – 30K) (SDG-74158)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist QMR to establish and maintain quality and environment systems
• Coordinate management review activities/action plans
• Develop, implement and maintain internal audit activity for IATF 16949 & ISO 9001/2015
• Provide quality system audit results for Management review
• Plan and follow up system, process and products audits
• Analyze audit results and direct audit priorities
• Lead/participate problem resolution teams regarding audit findings.
• Being a good document controller
• Provide necessary training to all employees' level in any related with quality management system
• Involving in any customer audit in term of quality system evaluation and initiate to adapt new customer's requirements to aligned with the existing system or modify as needed.
• Follow up, comply company's key performance indicators result and report out to top management.
• Advise all related function i.e. Manufacturing, production engineer to use quality tools i.e. APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC etc.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 24-30 years
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering/Science or related field.
• Experience at least 2 years in Quality System Development, especially IATF 16949 established, Quality Education and Training, Related Quality Management, Business in Automotive Industry
• Strong Knowledge and background in quality system IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP
• Problem solving techniques (7 QC tools, 8D, 5 Why) and document control.
• Be auditors of both IATF 16949 and ISO9001 (Be a lead auditor will be an advantage)
• Strong self-learning, work independent, innovative and continuous improvement orientation.
• Experience leading people in an industrial/manufacturing environment is required
• Advance conversation low level in English (Able to read and write document in English)

เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้ออาวุโส
(30K – 35K) (SDG-74195)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• โดยหลักแล้ว การซื้อวัสดุโดยตรงของชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และกลไก (และจำเป็นต้องช่วยจัดซื้อวัสดุโดยตรงหากจำเป็น)
• ควบคุมการจัดหาซัพพลายเออร์ การส่งมอบ ต้นทุน และการประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งหมด
• ช่วยเหลือพนักงานจัดซื้อวัสดุย่อย และร่วมมือกับแผนกบัญชี การผลิต ฯลฯ
• การเปรียบเทียบราคา การประเมิน และการส่งมอบการเจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์
• แก้ไขคำสั่งขอวัสดุสำหรับการผลิตจากส่วนควบคุมการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์และประเมินแนวโน้มราคาเพื่อระบุโอกาสในการลดต้นทุนการจัดซื้อ
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ IATF16949 และ KPI
• งานอื่นๆ จาก Supervisor หรือ Management.
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 28-35 ปี
• ผู้หญิงเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4 ปีเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการจัดซื้อชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้าจากอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการเป็นผู้นำด้านการจัดซื้อชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้าจากอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• สื่อสาร เจรจา แก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นอย่างดี
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ IATF16949
