Quality Survey Manager (60K-75K) (SDG-29365) <Job Responsibilities> Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to managers Providing advice on the management of projects Check Drawings and estimate quotation for additional work (Variation Order) Check Sub-Contractor’s quotation and compare price of Suppliers and Sub-Contractors. Check quantity and progress of Sub-contractor’s payment to assess the work progress and claim to the Client. Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work Feasibility studies of client requests Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors Allocating upcoming work to contractors Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-50 years old Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineer or Architect. Minimum 3 years’ experience as QS Manager or QS Senior Officer (with experience to manage at least 2 subordinates) and 8 years experiences in QS work.. Knowledge to take quantity for Structure and finishing work skillfully. Good Knowledge in computer literacy skills (Fluent in MS Excel or estimation program is an advantage).
