Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation> - Lead and manage the Quality Engineering team for new automotive models. - Coordinate and communicate with clients/suppliers in China, Japan, Europe, USA, and India. - Develop, implement, and maintain quality strategies and standards for new product introductions. - Ensure compliance with automotive quality requirements and customer specifications. - Drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and team performance. - Manage quality-related issues across the product lifecycle, from design to launch.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related field). - At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager in the automotive industry. - Experience with Automotive Quality Standards (IATF 16949, PPAP, Control Plan) <Details> - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. - Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience working with international clients (China, Japan, Europe, USA, India).
