<Job Expectation> Expected to ensure robust part development and production quality through effective documentation review, evaluation, and collaboration with both local and overseas suppliers. (Automotive Parts) <Job Responsibilities> 1. New Part Development (Thai & Overseas Suppliers): - Perform co-checks for part approval and conduct supplier process audits. - Review and follow up on PPAP submissions. - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues. 2. Mass Production Quality Control (Thai & Overseas Suppliers): - Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis, 8D reports, and corrective actions, including on-site follow-up. - Review and summarize investigation reports. - Conduct supplier process audits and drive continuous improvement activities. 3. Other Responsibilities: - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. - At least 1-3 years in Quality Engineering, Quality Control - Experience in visit supplier site - Conversation High level in English (To work onsite travel oversea) - Able to visit industrial site at Chacheongsao (with company car) - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint - Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, 8D, QC Tools, and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plan). - Knowledge of automotive parts (functional parts, stamping, and steel parts). - Able to visit supplier in oversea <Preferable> - TOEIC score above 550 is an advantage. - Japanese is preferable
