Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare the work instructions related to hygiene of branches
- Handle any feedback related to overall standard of branches
- Ensuring the correctness of department’s manual
- Coordinate with supplier regarding insects and rodents matters
- Making and editing hygiene video
- Prepare, revise the work instructions related to hygiene of branches
- Control and assure the quality of products
- Monitor CCTV of branches
- Responsible of any jobs that may be assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years experienced as Quality Control in Food Business (Restaurants, HORECA, Manufacturing company)
- Holding JLPT N3 or higher 
- Conversational High to Business in Japanese language (Coordinate with report line, internal use, documents)
- Conversational in English (mainly documents, email etc.)
- Comfort to visit Branches (Reimburse for traveling fee in case of public transportation)

<In detail>
- Good interpersonal skill and excellent in communication
- Great ability to analyze and solve problems
- Able to prioritize and manage the assignments efficiently

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Early join candidate
- Holding JLPT N2, N1
- Experience in Japanese Food Restaurant
