Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth team operations
- Update branch manuals and oversee general hygiene management
- Review and verify the accuracy of team documents (e.g., manuals and work-related documentation)
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Improve team workflows and operational methods
- Edit and produce videos, such as hygiene-related content
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3 years experience and knowledge in Quality Control (Hygiene management) and Customer service in Food or Restaurant filed
- At least 1–2 years of experience in team management or supervision
- Conversational High to Business level in Japanese language
- Holding JLPT N3 or higher

- Strong coordination and effective communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks appropriately
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Holding JLPT N2, N1
- Current experience as Manager level
- Experience in Japanese Food/ Sushi Restaurant
