Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- To execute laboratory analysis and quality inspections of liquid carbon dioxide (Liquid CO₂) with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and QC regulations.
- To implement quality testing methods compliant with the Thailand Food Additives Standards, Japan Specifications and Standards for Food Additives, and beverage standards such as ISBT Guidelines.
- To master the operation, routine maintenance, and calibration management of analytical instruments, including Gas Chromatography (GC).
- To prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA), manage quality control logs (QC logs), and maintain laboratory documentation required for acquiring and maintaining ISO and FSSC 22000 certifications.
- To report the production team when abnormal values or Out of Specification (OOS) results are detected, leading investigations to proactively prevent the shipment of defective products.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in science fields such as Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Food Science
- At least 1 year of Experience in  laboratory analysis and quality inspections of liquid carbon dioxide (Liquid CO₂) 
- Fresh Graduates with willing to learn are welcome
- Conversational High Level in English
  (Communicate with the Japanese Team on the production process, emails, reports, and documents)

<In Details>
- Diligent, attentive to detail, committed to workplace 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), and possesses a strong desire to learn new analytical instruments and quality systems from scratch.
- Knowledge regarding ISBT standards for beverage-grade carbon dioxide, or practical analysis experience

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in a Japanese Company
- Experience in FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, or ISO/IEC 17025 (laboratory competence standard)
- Experience with laboratory testing or QC (Quality Control) at a manufacturing plant across any industry, or experience operating Gas Chromatography (GC)
