<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle overall of QA functions in back Office (Claim product, NG Part)
- Handling quality process to ensure that customer claims can be solved in time.
- Operating and follow up for improvement and preventive action.
- Contacting and negotiating with supplier, customer, sorter outsourcing.
- Supporting to control ISO9001, ISO14001
- Plan and analyze improvement process when customer claims.
- Control the product to ensure that quality is match with inspection and standard.
- Control and achieve KPI in monthly, report progressive process from supplier and plant.
- Ensure the corrective action and create countermeasure when occur any problems.
- Making and prepare some document to customer such as PPAP, APQP etc.,
- Any tasks as assign from Senior

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 24- 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years experience as QA related with automotive part, electric parts especially screws, rivets (Fastener product)
- Experience of claim product related to fastener
- Experience in QA process and knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001
- Able to use measurement or tooling (Ring guage, Vernier, Microscope etc.)
- Having knowledge JIS standard ( Can read drawing spec follow JIS Standard)
- Able to visit supplier factory 1-2 time/Month (Ayutthaya, Suphanburi, Rayong, Prachinburi)
- Have driving's license

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการฟังก์ชัน QA โดยรวมใน back Office (เคลมสินค้า, NG Part)
- จัดการกระบวนการคุณภาพเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการเรียกร้องของลูกค้าสามารถแก้ไขได้ทันเวลา
- ดำเนินการและติดตามเพื่อการปรับปรุงและดำเนินการป้องกัน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ supplier, ลูกค้า, sorter outsource
- รองรับการควบคุม ISO9001, ISO14001
- วางแผนและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการปรับปรุงเมื่อลูกค้าเรียกร้อง
- ควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีคุณภาพตรงกับการตรวจสอบและมาตรฐาน
- ควบคุมและบรรลุ KPI ในแต่ละเดือน รายงานกระบวนการที่ก้าวหน้าจากซัพพลายเออร์และโรงงาน
- ตรวจสอบการดำเนินการแก้ไขและสร้างมาตรการรับมือเมื่อเกิดปัญหาใด ๆ
- ทำและจัดเตรียมเอกสารให้กับลูกค้า เช่น PPAP, APQP เป็นต้น,
- งานใด ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้อาวุโส

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 24- 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้าน QA เกี่ยวกับชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้า โดยเฉพาะ สกรู หมุดย้ำ (Fastener product)
- ประสบการณ์เคลมสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสปริง fast
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA process และความรู้ด้าน ISO9001, ISO14001
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดหรือเครื่องมือ (Ring guage, Vernier, Microscope เป็นต้น)
- มีความรู้มาตรฐาน JIS (สามารถอ่านสเปก Drawing ตาม JIS Standard ได้)
- สามารถเยี่ยมชมโรงงานซัพพลายเออร์ได้ 1-2 ครั้ง/เดือน (อยุธยา สุพรรณบุรี ระยอง ปราจีนบุรี)
- มีใบขับขี่
