Quality Assurance Staff (20K–26K) (SDG-102420) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ <Job responsibilities> - Understand Company's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate those information with supply partners to minimize the defect. - Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and delivery requirements. - Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropriate inspection and kaizen process. - Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents). - Collaborate with Other department for continuous quality improvement. - Participant in ISO system and related documentation such as Standard/Instruction. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ทำความเข้าใจมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพของลูกค้า จากนั้นสื่อสารข้อมูลเหล่านั้นกับคู่ค้าด้านการจัดหาเพื่อลดข้อบกพร่องให้เหลือน้อยที่สุด - แบ่งปันและสั่งการดำเนินการที่จำเป็นกับทีมและคู่ค้าเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพและการส่งมอบ - ปรับปรุงระดับคุณภาพของคู่ค้าซัพพลายเออร์โดยแนะนำการตรวจสอบและกระบวนการไคเซ็นที่เหมาะสม - แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น (ข้อบกพร่อง ความล่าช้า อุบัติเหตุ) - ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อการปรับปรุงคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง - ผู้เข้าร่วมในระบบ ISO และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Standard/Instruction
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years experience in QA/QC related with automotive, electronic parts. - Must have Experience and knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949 - Able to read drawing spec follow JIS standard. - Strong negotiation and problem solving skill - English communication (Email) - Able to visit supplier factory 1-2 times/Month (Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Rayong,Chonburi, Prachinburi) - Have driving's license Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits 20,000–26,500THB About the company Product & Service: Fastener Product Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;Semiconductors; <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้าน QA/QC ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยานยนต์, ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์. - ต้องมีประสบการณ์และความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949 - สามารถอ่าน Spec การเขียนแบบตามมาตรฐาน JIS ได้ - มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี - ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (อีเมล) - สามารถเข้าพบโรงงานซัพพลายเออร์ได้ 1-2 ครั้ง/เดือน (อยุธยา, สุพรรณบุรี, ระยอง, ชลบุรี, ปราจีนบุรี) - มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : การสนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS อุดมสุข เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:00 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์) เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ 20,000–26,500บาท เกี่ยวกับบริษัท สินค้าและบริการ: สินค้าสปริง ประเภทธุรกิจ: เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าทั่วไป / อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า เซมิคอนดักเตอร์
