Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To manage, control, and develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control system in the airbag fabric manufacturing process to established standards. - To lead the analysis of problems, manage customer complaints, and develop corrective and preventive actions (8D Report). - To play a key role in promoting, maintaining, and controlling the organization's IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards and documentation. - To plan and prepare monthly quality performance reports and present them to senior management. - To plan and lead internal quality audits and represent the company in customer and external audits. - To manage, supervise, and develop the capabilities of personnel in the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department. - To liaise with relevant departments both inside and outside the organization. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields. - At least 6 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance from Textile or Automotive Manufacturing - At least 3 years of experience in Assistant Manager or Manager level (no need for direct subordinates) - Business Level in Japanese (JLPT N2) (Communicate with Japanese Management Team and Headquarters) - Conversational High Level in English (Use for data analysis, emails, reports, and documents) <In Details> - Proficient in using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis - Possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding of the automotive quality standards IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 - Possesses knowledge and the ability to apply Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) in the manufacturing process <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in Airbag Parts
