Quality Assurance Manager (55K–60K) (SDG-114963) <Job responsibilities> - Interacting cross-functionally with departments to ensure related products and processes are compatible to meet quality requirements. - Leading quality improvement projects with internal departments for continuous improvements and following up project progress according to the master plan. - Leading the implementation of the process quality control Plan, measurement analysis system and work instructions including seeking opportunities for improvements. - Reviewing work instruction procedures to meet company & customer requirements. - Analyzing and resolving work problems and assisting the manufacturing team in solving quality problems. - Reviewing and summarizing quality problems periodically and preparing quality reports concerning Department activities for quality improvement plan. - Conducting root cause analysis for corrective & preventative actions from customer complaints. - Sending quality objective & KPI monthly summarization to QMR including summarization for management review meeting and future action plan. - Supporting and coordinating for certification & surveillance audits. - Report management regarding to the quality management system performance for review basis for action and improvement. - Ensure the quality management system is established. Implemented and maintained and continually improved its effectiveness with ISO/TS16949 - Ensure that process needs for the quality management is determined and its application throughout the organization. ensure the quality management has training the organization. - Ensure the quality management has training the organization, all employee and maintain for retraining program. - Ensure that documents needed for quality management system are established and enough defined prior. - Communication to overseas customers for Supporting any requirement. (English Language.) - Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. - At least 5-10 years of experience as a QA, QC in Plastic Injection business - Good knowledge of ISO9001/ and IATF16949 - Good knowledge of ISO14001 - Good knowledge of QMR (quality management Representative) - Good knowledge of Drawing - At least 3-5 years of experience in leadership ability (managing Engineering staff and Production staff) - Conversational Middle-high level in English (for communicating with Japanese Factory manager and overseas customers) - Good computer skills.
