Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Arrange and assign manpower to ensure inspections are completed as planned. - Coordinate with relevant teams to solve tester/jig fixture issues. - Summarize and report daily and monthly inspection results. - Monitor IoT acceptance ratio and follow up on deviations. - Control daily inspection activities to meet the production plan. - Review and verify outgoing quality data. - Confirm defects and collaborate with concerned departments on countermeasures. - Respond to quality problems, follow up, and prepare reports. - Conduct risk verification when receiving customer claims or feedback. - Perform production process audits and report findings. - Confirm returned goods and prepare summary reports. - Set up, confirm, and record limit samples and master samples. - Prepare and maintain inspection standards. - Participate in meetings and provide reports as required. - Train team members on inspection methods and handling claims. - Evaluate 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes in production. - Control daily attendance, overtime, and working time of the team
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering) or any field. - At least 1 year of experience as a QA/QC Engineer, Quality Auditor in the manufacturing industry - Conversational middle level of English (Supplier, Customer, Internal, Mainly with documentation, email, and verbal) - Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience working in Automotive or Electronics industry - Experience working in a Japanese company - Be able to join immediately
