Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare and update quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions. - Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external ISO audits. - Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and improvement plans. - Conduct employee training and awareness programs on ISO and company standards. - Monitor departmental compliance and ensure consistent implementation of company rules. - Maintain ISO-related documentation and audit records. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with all departments to maintain and improve overall quality. - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in ISO or Quality System implementation in a manufacturing company. - Conversational Middle of English for handling paperwork in the office - Knowledge of ISO9001 / 14001 / IATF16949 / ISO13485 standards. - Experience with document control and audit management is an advantage. - Internal Auditor Certificate (ISO/IATF) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the automotive or medical parts industry. <Personality> - Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with all departments and levels within the company. - Ability to collect, organize, and manage information related to quality and system performance. - Proactive attitude in promoting company-wide understanding and compliance with ISO standards. - Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork to maintain and improve overall quality.
