ผู้จัดการด้าน QMR
<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor manufacturing processes and inspection processes based on ISO and company standards, and make improvement plans
- Implement based on the improvement plan in cooperation with other departments and subordinates
- Make and improve quality standard
- Lead subordinates and other divisions and do PDCA cycle for quality enhancement
- Coordinate with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) about quality control audits
- Make documents and reports related to quality
- Conduct an internal audit
- Manage subordinates
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Working experience as QA/QC for more than 8 years
- QMR experience in medical or food or cosmetic industry
- Have knowledge of Sanitation Law and ISO13485
- Business level of English skill (need to communicate with FDA)
- Management experience for more than 3 years
- Have strong QA management skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in manufacturing company(latex products)
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Knowledge of latex

Working Hour: 7:00-16:00(Mon-Fri *up to asst manager level =>sat working 1-2 times/month)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตและกระบวนการตรวจสอบตามมาตรฐาน ISO และมาตรฐานของ บริษัท และจัดทำแผนการปรับปรุง
- ดำเนินการตามแผนปรับปรุงโดยร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานอื่นและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- สร้างและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
- นำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและแผนกอื่น ๆ และทำวงจร PDCA เพื่อการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ
- ประสานงานกับองค์การอาหารและยา (สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา) เกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบการควบคุมคุณภาพ
- จัดทำเอกสารและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายใน
- จัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็น QA / QC มานานกว่า 8 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ QMR ในอุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์หรืออาหารหรือเครื่องสำอาง
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายสุขาภิบาลและ ISO13485
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (จำเป็นต้องสื่อสารกับ FDA)
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการมากว่า 3 ปี
- มีทักษะการจัดการด้านคุณภาพ
