Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Handle for QMR work such as quality standard action according to ISO 9000, IATF16949, and audit etc - Handle for clients requests and solve each problems - Manage for supplier in QAQC department - Join and cooperate about new model production ( join as APQP team ) - Handle for PPAP documents - Prepare for Control plan, results of inspection, process of inspection - Manage and control for Laos factory QAQC and QMR department - Visit to Laos factory around once a month (Business trip) - Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern - Other tasks as assign by Japanese management ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ - จัดการงาน QMR เช่น การดำเนินการมาตรฐานคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9000, IATF16949 และการตรวจสอบ ฯลฯ - จัดการกับคำขอของลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาแต่ละข้อ - บริหารจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ในแผนก QAQC - เข้าร่วมและให้ความร่วมมือเกี่ยวกับการผลิตโมเดลใหม่ (เข้าร่วมเป็นทีม APQP) - จัดการเอกสาร PPAP - จัดทำแผนการควบคุม ผลการตรวจสอบ กระบวนการตรวจสอบ - จัดการและควบคุมแผนก QAQC และ QMR ของโรงงานลาว - เยี่ยมชมโรงงานที่ลาวเดือนละครั้ง (ทริปธุรกิจ) - รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
