QC&QA Supervisor
(30K – 40K) (SDG-61100)
หัวหน้างานควบคุมคุณภาพและประกันคุณภาพ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review quality assurance system
• Internal audit/process audit and follow up/improvement
• Support customer audit and 'follow up improvement plan
• Support customer claim/complaint ,corrective action ,follow up and report to customer
• Prepare and review concern document of QA
• Co-operate with purchasing for supplier audit and follow up quality problem and any change from supplier
• Follow up and control calibration plan
• Control and improve quality of product/defect
• Training and improve skill of inspector
• Quality awareness
• Control and take care company environmental
• Co-operate company activities : 5s.
• Conform by Quality and Environmental policy
• Follow order from direct supervisor
• Other tasks might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in Japanese company as QA/QC engineer (within Rubber Industry.)
• More than 3 years of experience at managerial level.
• Possess a good understanding of safety and environmental standards and concerns.
• Conversational middle level of English in reading and writing skill (Japanese language will be advantage)
• Understanding on productivity, cost controlling and basic profit and loss. Hands on knowledge of Kaizen,TS16949, ISO9001,ISO14001 ability to train or teach in any of
these areas is preferable.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดทำและทบทวนระบบประกันคุณภาพ
•การตรวจสอบภายใน / การตรวจสอบกระบวนการและติดตาม / ปรับปรุง
•สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบลูกค้าและ 'ติดตามแผนการปรับปรุง
•สนับสนุนการเรียกร้อง / ข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าการดำเนินการแก้ไขติดตามและรายงานให้ลูกค้าทราบ
•จัดทำและทบทวนเอกสารข้อกังวลของ QA
•ร่วมมือกับการจัดซื้อเพื่อตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์และติดตามปัญหาด้านคุณภาพและการเปลี่ยนแปลงใด ๆ จากซัพพลายเออร์
•ติดตามและควบคุมแผนการสอบเทียบ
•ควบคุมและปรับปรุงคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ / ข้อบกพร่อง
•ฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ตรวจ
•การรับรู้ที่มีคุณภาพ
•ควบคุมและดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมของ บริษัท
•ร่วมมือกิจกรรมของบริษัท : 5 ส
•เป็นไปตามนโยบายคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม
•ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งจากผู้บังคับบัญชาโดยตรง
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกร QA / QC (ในอุตสาหกรรมยาง)
•ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปีในระดับบริหาร
•มีความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและข้อกังวลด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา ด้านทักษะการอ่านและการเขียน (ภาษาญี่ปุ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
•ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับผลผลิตการควบคุมต้นทุนและกำไรขาดทุนขั้นพื้นฐาน ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Kaizen, TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 ในการฝึกอบรมหรือสอนในพื้นที่เหล่านี้
