Duties & Responsibilities: • Factory operation and document preparation based on quality standard • Trial of new products • Check and fix whether the operating flow is proceeding as planned • Responding to specification changes from customers • Treat customer requests or claims at factory or by visiting • General factory operation management and maintenance • Any other assigned tasks หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • ดำเนินกิจการโรงงานและจัดทำเอกสารตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ • ทดลองใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ • ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขว่าขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้หรือไม่ • ตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดจากลูกค้า • ปฏิบัติต่อคำขอหรือการเรียกร้องของลูกค้าที่โรงงานหรือโดยการเยี่ยมชม • จัดการและบำรุงรักษาการดำเนินงานโรงงานทั่วไป • งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-40 years • Any gender • Bachelor's degree in related to engineer fields • Knowledge or Experience of working with IATF16949 operation or worked as an engineer in a company with IATF16949 system • At least 5 years QA/QC experience in Automobile industries • At least 3 years of management experience • Conversational middle to high-level in Japanese • Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Mind of improvement and highly communicative are preferable.
