Job Responsibilities ・Manage labor control and volume of job assignments for each staff. ・Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality. ・Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern. ・Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained. ・Conduct audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site. ・Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problems. ・Keep KPI targets and analyse the problem to achieve KPI. ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ・จัดการการควบคุมแรงงานและปริมาณการมอบหมายงานของพนักงานแต่ละคน ・ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ ・รายงานปัญหาด้านคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ ・ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนดเฉพาะ ・ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่ไซต์การผลิต ・การแก้ไขปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และมาตรการรับมือเพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน ・เก็บเป้าหมาย KPI และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI
Job Requirement
