Job Responsibilities ・Judge production quality by detecting the potential risks under development stage and request R&D department to improve them in case of any problem. ・Report to JP HQ and will explain when CL visits the factory by Japanese ・To achieve the requested KPI target. ・To consider improving the current design review system and propose creative ideas to strengthen the current. ・To review the design standard and test standard and request R&D department to revise them as needed. ・Other assigned tasks ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ・ตัดสินคุณภาพการผลิตโดยการตรวจจับความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นภายใต้ขั้นตอนการพัฒนา และขอให้แผนก R&D ปรับปรุงในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาใดๆ ・รายงานต่อ JP HQ และจะอธิบายเมื่อ CL เยี่ยมชมโรงงานโดยชาวญี่ปุ่น ・เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI ที่ร้องขอ ・พิจารณาปรับปรุงระบบทบทวนการออกแบบในปัจจุบันและเสนอแนวคิดที่สร้างสรรค์เพื่อเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับปัจจุบัน ・ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการออกแบบและมาตรฐานการทดสอบ และขอให้แผนก R&D แก้ไขตามความจำเป็น ・งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 37-47 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering flied. • At least 5 years’ experience in QC role in electronic industry. • At least 3 years’ management experience • Experienced in testing room and R&D • Good communication and presentation skill. • Advance conversation middle to high level in English and Japanese. • Good computer proficiency. • Experienced with major and global companies is preferable • JLPT in N2-N1 • Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage. • TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage • HVAC business, appliances, electronics and automotive companies are preferred • Having excellent communication skills, leadership, and strong facilitation • Having flexibility, project management, coaching and mentoring skills Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata city Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:45(Mon-Fri) ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น • อายุ 37-47 ปี • เพศใดก็ได้ • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ บินได้ • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในบทบาท QC ในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี • มีประสบการณ์ในห้องทดสอบและ R&D • ทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี • ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาญี่ปุ่นงระดับสนทนา • สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี • มีประสบการณ์กับบริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่และระดับโลกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • JLPT ใน N2-N1 • มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องปรับอากาศจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • คะแนน TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไปจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • บริษัทที่ต้องการธุรกิจ HVAC เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และยานยนต์ • มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม ความเป็นผู้นำ และการอำนวยความสะดวกที่แข็งแกร่ง • มีความยืดหยุ่น การจัดการโครงการ การฝึกสอน และการให้คำปรึกษา ทักษะด้านภาษา • อังกฤษ : สนทนา • ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะซิตี้ เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:45 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์)
