Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for service level, quality control to meet operation goal and customer requirements. • Data retention of QC Receiving and record for problem analysis and feedback supplier performance. • Issue claims non-conforming parts to supplier by document DPI (Defect Part Information) and concerning document. • Control NG part in the factory of supplier NG and ILT Mistake. • Make standard documents check for parts inspection. • Job Competency • Responsible for service, quality control to meet operation goal and customer requirements. • Data retention of quality control, receiving and record for problem analysis and feedback suppliers’ performance. • Issue claim non-conforming parts to suppliers by document defect, part information and other concerned document. • Control NG part in the factory of supplier NG and mistake • Make standard documents check for part inspection. เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมคุณภาพ (20K – 32K) (SDG-104239) หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • รับผิดชอบระดับการให้บริการ การควบคุมคุณภาพเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการดำเนินงานและความต้องการของลูกค้า • เก็บรักษาข้อมูลของการรับ QC และบันทึกเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและผลตอบรับของซัพพลายเออร์ • ออกข้อเรียกร้องชิ้นส่วนที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดให้กับซัพพลายเออร์ตามเอกสาร DPI (ข้อมูลชิ้นส่วนที่มีข้อบกพร่อง) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ควบคุมชิ้นส่วน NG ในโรงงานของซัพพลายเออร์ NG และ ILT Mistake • จัดทำเอกสารมาตรฐานตรวจสอบการตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วน • ความสามารถในการทำงาน • รับผิดชอบงานบริการ การควบคุมคุณภาพให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการดำเนินงานและความต้องการของลูกค้า • เก็บรักษาข้อมูลการควบคุมคุณภาพ การรับ และบันทึกเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและผลตอบรับของซัพพลายเออร์ • ออกใบเคลมชิ้นส่วนที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดให้กับซัพพลายเออร์ด้วยข้อบกพร่องของเอกสาร ข้อมูลชิ้นส่วน และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ควบคุมชิ้นส่วน NG ในโรงงานของซัพพลายเออร์ NG และความผิดพลาด • จัดทำเอกสารมาตรฐานในการตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วน
Job Requirement
