QC Staff (JP) (30K–50K) (SDG-63262) พนักงาน QA <Job Responsibilities> Mission : Management of imported product quality(from group company in China) and support customer in terms of quality - Perform quality control/inspection of materials to be used in automotive industry. - Plan, control, and ensure product quality in accordance with the business system/quality principles. - Conduct/facilitate continuous improvement events. - Prepare inspection data. - Maintain company quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Analyze forecast and provide update demand and guideline to team by weekly basis. - Balance supply with demand to establish delivery plan, and requirement needs. - Closely feedback to customer and provide alert /shortage warning when demand is stronger than capacity. - Provide the demand and detail scheduling to all concern team by weekly/monthly basis. - Communicate with customer for any quality problem. - Coordinate with Factory in China *Need to visit warehouse in rayong, Laem Chabang etc for 1-2times/week by company car with driver <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 1 year QA/QC experience in any industry - Basic level of Japanese skill and motivation for studying - Conversation high of English(TOEIC 700up level) - Good skill in Microsoft Office and presentation making. - Work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks independently as well as a team. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in Automotive industry - Strong knowledge of Automotive interiors(leather etc) - Have a driving license Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Basic Level Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (No Saturday working)) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Manufacturing and sales of protective equipment such as safety shoes and helmets, office and industrial uniforms, equipment for environment improvement such as air cleaners, health care and medical equipment, as well as electrical measuring equipment and leather shoes. เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมคุณภาพ (JP) (30K–50K) (SDG-63262) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> พันธกิจ : บริหารจัดการคุณภาพสินค้านำเข้า(จากกลุ่มบริษัทในประเทศจีน) และสนับสนุนลูกค้าในด้านคุณภาพ - ดำเนินการควบคุมคุณภาพ/ตรวจสอบวัสดุที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ - วางแผน ควบคุม และรับประกันคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ตามระบบธุรกิจ/หลักคุณภาพ - ดำเนินการ / อำนวยความสะดวกในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง - จัดเตรียมข้อมูลการตรวจสอบ - รักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดด้านกฎระเบียบ - วิเคราะห์การคาดการณ์และให้การปรับปรุงความต้องการและแนวทางให้กับทีมโดยรายสัปดาห์ - สมดุลอุปทานกับความต้องการเพื่อสร้างแผนการส่งมอบและความต้องการความต้องการ - ข้อเสนอแนะอย่างใกล้ชิดกับลูกค้าและแจ้งเตือน / ขาดการเตือนเมื่อความต้องการมีมากกว่ากำลังการผลิต - จัดเตรียมความต้องการและกำหนดการรายละเอียดให้กับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเป็นรายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน - สื่อสารกับลูกค้าสำหรับปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ - ประสานงานกับโรงงานในจีน *ต้องไปเยี่ยมชมโกดังในระยอง แหลมฉบัง ฯลฯ 1-2 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ โดยรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 25 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์ QA/QC อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม - ระดับพื้นฐานทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่นและแรงจูงใจในการเรียน - สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสูง (ระดับ TOEIC 700up) - มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Office และการนำเสนอที่ดี - ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี และสามารถจัดการงานหลาย ๆ อย่างได้อย่างอิสระรวมทั้งเป็นทีม <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ - มีความรู้ด้านตกแต่งภายในรถยนต์ (หนัง ฯลฯ ) - มีใบขับขี่ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ระดับพื้นฐาน สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS ราชดำริ กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ : 8:30-17:30 น.
