QC Senior Staff / Assistant Manager @Chonburi

Work outline: Be responsible for quality control activity and manage team activity of the QC Dept., then expect him/her to be an important management role of the company in near future.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses of material in all phases of the products manufacturing process.
Ø Design quality reports and scorecards to provide timely and actionable operating information across the group.
Ø Create quality control chart in according to company standard, implement and maintain it as a team
Ø Translate and tell direction from Japanese manager to members of QC dept., let members understand the direction well
Ø When clients visit in a factory, help to interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa for clients
Ø Sets up sampling schedules for all materials being produced
Ø Works closely with the Japanese production manager and factory manager to ensure the manufacturing of qualified products
Ø Reviews test records of chemical tests
Ø Participates in helping secure quality raw materials at budget prices.
Ø Prepares monthly reports for quality control
Ø Analyze cause in case there are defective products, then improve production and inspection process by coordinating with other related dept.
Ø Sets up training for new employees, helps train employees and monitors employees progress. (for manager position)
Ø Monitors employees work levels and reviews work performance for improvement
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male/Female , age 28-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field (Industrial engineer, chemical)
Ø At least 3 years working experience as QC in chemical products manufacturing
Ø Advanced conversation level of Japanese
Ø Have high responsibility and honest person
Ø Be able to commute to work by themselves
Preferable:
Ø Has working experience in Japan or Japanese company before
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri) *Saturday working: Every other Saturday
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 70,000 THB including all allowances
