Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. - Inspect and monitor production procedures to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. - Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence. - Troubleshoot daily and monthly quality problems through data analysis and continuous improvement activities. - Conduct quality audits and perform risk assessments at the production site. - Respond to customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Manage and prepare documentation and reports required for submission to clients and the parent company. - Report quality concerns and non-conformance issues to management, including proposals for corrective and preventive actions. - Review and summarize 4M change points and report to supervisors. - Ensure compliance with company quality systems, work procedures, and relevant regulations. - Supervise and support subordinates to follow quality policies and company regulations. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Rubber, Polymer Technology, Science Polymer, Chemical Polymer or related field. - At least 1 years working experience about QA/QC Engineer in rubber compound from Automotive industry (Rubber Sheet product only) or rubber industry. - Have working experience of ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949, PPAP - Conversational daily-middle level of English. (mainly for e-mail and document) - Able to attend face to face interview. - Good command in English is an advantage. - Have strong experience as QC/QA in rubber compound in Automotive industry is an advantage.
