QC Manager (Automobiles, Rayong) (45K – 55K) (SDG-108236) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ Duties & Responsibilities: • Managed QA/QC department with around 10members • Handle for Clients requests and solve products problems (Under high pressure) • Control working operations based on operation standards sheet • Manage and training for your subordinate • Handle quality and support according to clients demands • Report to Factory manager and Japanese President • Other tasks by assigned Japanese managers หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • ดูแลจัดการแผนก QA/QC มีสมาชิกประมาณ 10 คน • ดูแลจัดการคำขอของลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์ (ภายใต้ความกดดันสูง) • ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน • จัดการและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา • จัดการคุณภาพและสนับสนุนตามความต้องการของลูกค้า • รายงานต่อผู้จัดการโรงงานและประธานบริษัทญี่ปุ่น • งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายโดยผู้จัดการญี่ปุ่น
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-50 years • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5 years’ experience as QA/QC Manager level in Automobiles parts or Mold insert parts company • Work in Japanese Tier 1 automobile company (because different management system with MNC and Thai company) • Basic level of English • Having Strong mental for under high pressure from clients • Working in Automobiles or resin parts Japanese company is preferable. • Not job hopper (At least 3 years’ experience in each company) is preferable. • Working in middle size company around 50-100 employees is preferable.
