Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for inspect and maintain quality of products, then improve process
- Coordinates activities of members engaged in inspecting incoming parts from supplier, in process and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
- Manage procedure of quality concern
- Implement inspection procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
- Negotiate with suppliers, handle complaining from customers to solve the problems
- Handle inspection from clients
- Safety system maintain and risk review to protect quality matter
- Manage progress for each KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
- Prepare documents and report which is needed to submit to client
- Measurement by using projector and other instrument
- Make PPAP for new products
- Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
- = Train junior staff to perform more efficient
- Other tasks as assigned
- *this company was just established and this position need to make quality standard and several regulations related to quality and ISO so sometimes need to work flexible
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female age 30– 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related fields
- Working experience as QC in manufacturing company for more than 5 years
- Management experience for more than 2 years
- Good command of English skill
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, ISO9001, ISO14001
- Be able to read drawing then measure by measuring instrument such as projector
- Flexible personality
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in medical industry/Plastic parts/Rubber parts industry
- Strong knowledge of TS, IATF 16949
- Basic level of Japanese skill
- Experience of working in set-up company and making quality standard

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบและรักษาคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์จากนั้นปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- ประสานงานกิจกรรมของสมาชิกที่มีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนขาเข้าจากซัพพลายเออร์ในกระบวนการและผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพของ บริษัท และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- จัดการขั้นตอนเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพ
- ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานและคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด
- เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์จัดการเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
- จัดการการตรวจสอบจากลูกค้า
- ดูแลรักษาระบบความปลอดภัยและตรวจสอบความเสี่ยงเพื่อปกป้องคุณภาพ
- จัดการความคืบหน้าสำหรับแต่ละเป้าหมาย KPI และเส้นทางการวิเคราะห์ทำให้เกิดการปรับปรุงเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นเพื่อส่งให้ลูกค้า
- การวัดโดยใช้โปรเจคเตอร์และเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ
- ทำ PPAP สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- แก้ปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และทำการตอบโต้เพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน
- = ฝึกอบรมพนักงานรุ่นเยาว์ให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาดหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็น QC ใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิตมากกว่า 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานมากกว่า 2 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีความรู้เรื่อง FMEA, ISO9001, ISO14001 เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถอ่านการวาดภาพแล้ววัดด้วยเครื่องมือวัดเช่นโปรเจ็กเตอร์
