QC Engineering

วิศวกรแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handled about new model and QC process
• Solving all Quality Problem and Analysis and take the Corrective Action.
• Have investigation and root cause analysis skill by fishbone diagram, Why Why analysis, and 8D Report, RCA Techniques etc.
• Contact supplier When the problem occurs.
• Support Internal audit, Process Audit, Customer audit.
• Knowledge of Quality system IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001
• Maintain APQP documentation to support of the manufacturing process and in accordance with customer requirements, e.g. FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc.
• Training knowledge and Technique to subordinate.(Leader and Operator)
• Report of all problem and result of all Operation to Manager.
• Good in English language communication and Fair Japanese language would be receiving special consideration.
• Other tasks as assignment.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-35 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 3 years as QA/ QC Engineer in automotive industry
• Have management experience at least 1 year that have subordinate
• Have working experience about FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc.
• Have knowledge about IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Conversational middle level of English

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบใหม่และกระบวนการ QC
• การแก้ปัญหาคุณภาพและการวิเคราะห์ทั้งหมดและดำเนินการแก้ไข
• มีทักษะการสอบสวนและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุด้วยแผนภาพก้างปลา ทำไมต้องวิเคราะห์ และรายงาน 8D เทคนิค RCA เป็นต้น
• ติดต่อผู้จัดจำหน่าย เมื่อเกิดปัญหาขึ้น
• สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบภายใน การตรวจสอบกระบวนการ การตรวจสอบลูกค้า
• ความรู้ระบบคุณภาพ IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001
• รักษาเอกสาร APQP เพื่อรองรับกระบวนการผลิตและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP เป็นต้น
• อบรมความรู้และเทคนิคให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา (ผู้นำและผู้ปฏิบัติงาน)
• รายงานปัญหาและผลการดำเนินการทั้งหมดต่อผู้จัดการ
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และถ้าใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นพอใช้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 27-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิศวกรรม
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกร QA/ QC ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ที่มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP เป็นต้น
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF 16949, ISO 9001 และ ISO 14001
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
