Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Control and inspect products during the manufacturing process to ensure they meet specified standards. - Monitor and evaluate inspection results, and propose initial corrective actions for defects. - Analyze, prevent, and solve problems within the quality control system. - Coordinate and collaborate with the New Product Planning team (APQP) to support production processes and meet customer requirements, including tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP. - Report all issues and operational results to the department manager. - Provide training and technical knowledge to subordinates and relevant staff. - Support operations to ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, environmental standard ISO 14001, and automotive standard IATF 16949. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or High Diploma - At least 1 year of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the automotive or Electronic industry. - Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP. - Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.emails
