Work Outline: Responsible for analysis problem form process of supplier
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure customer Quality problem root causes are analyzed and promptly contained and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
Selection and development of highly effective professional quality staff
Ensure support of Program Management to achieve timely, effective and accurate product launches
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to work with and lead cross functional teams to drive quality results
Conduct sensitive discussions and negotiation with Customer and Supplier on the handling quality issues
Analysis problem form process of supplier
Supplier development, Supplier Quality performance report
Quality problem in process/Customer claim
Injection Mold process, Injection part and electronic part
Use SPC tools to monitor process capability
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 24-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in polymer, plastic, injection, industrial engineering or related field
More than 2 years’ experience in QA/QC
Knowledge about ISO/TS16949, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA
Good computer literate.
Good command of English
Knowledge skill injection process/Material process and QA/QC process
Can use measuring instrument, microscope and etc.

English: Conversational level

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
