QC Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review ITP, inspection report and project quality control document to the management and customer.
• Review fabricator's ITP against the scope of works
• Provide, witnessing and review WPS and PQR document
• Prepare and review RIR and WPQ document
• Check that the Project teams have made adequate design accordance with fabrication procedure.
• Checking the hydrostatic & Pneumatic test
• Prepare & coordinate the issue of Non-Conformance reports
• Plan, monitor and expedite vendor fabrication work
• Check that the Project teams have made adequate design for fabrication procedure.
• Prepare the completion of as-built turnover documentation and MDR.
• Other task assigned by manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related field
• Advance Conversational low level of English
• At least 1 year management experience and experience as QC Engineer in pressure vessel and piping from oil & gas or energy plant construction service company.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดทำและตรวจสอบ ITP รายงานการตรวจสอบ และเอกสารควบคุมคุณภาพโครงการต่อผู้บริหารและลูกค้า
• ตรวจสอบ ITP ของผู้ประดิษฐ์กับขอบเขตของงาน
• จัดหา เป็นพยาน และตรวจสอบเอกสาร WPS และ PQR
• เตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสาร RIR และ WPQ
• ตรวจสอบว่าทีมงานโครงการได้ทำการออกแบบที่เพียงพอตามขั้นตอนการผลิต
• การตรวจสอบการทดสอบอุทกสถิตและนิวแมติก
• จัดทำและประสานงานเรื่องรายงานความไม่สอดคล้องกัน
• วางแผน ตรวจสอบ และเร่งรัดงานการผลิตของผู้ขาย
• ตรวจสอบว่าทีม Project ได้ทำการออกแบบที่เพียงพอสำหรับขั้นตอนการผลิต
• เตรียมเอกสารประกอบการหมุนเวียนตามที่สร้างขึ้นและ MDR ให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 23-30 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาเครื่องกลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการและประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในตำแหน่ง QC Engineer ในภาชนะรับความดันและท่อจากบริษัทให้บริการก่อสร้างโรงงานน้ำมันและก๊าซหรือพลังงาน
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ AutoCAD และ Microsoft Office

• ภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี
• พื้นที่ทำงาน: ต.ท่าข้าม อ.บางปะกง จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา
