Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare and translate claim documents from customers.
- Prepare and translate QC documents.
- Prepare and translate products specification, Quality manuals, product specifications, customer complaints reports, monthly reports, email or any document related to QC/QA.
- Prepare material certificate and inspection test report.
- Interpreter as requested such as Weekly meeting
- You may assigned for global meeting interpreting tasks which has various of nationalities (Thai <-> Japanese language required).
- Coordinate with JP HQ for related issue
- Others as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 2 years experience in Japanese interpreter in QC/QA process, QC/QA admin or other position related to QC department in Manufacturing field
- JLPT N3 Certificate or above
- Conversational High to Business Level of Japanese language (Interpreting, Translating, documents etc.)
- Conversational Middle in English language (email, documents etc.)
- Computer skills especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail
- Service-minded with a positive attitude
- Able to do OT as required
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- ISO9001, ISO14001 acknowledge
- Working/studying in Japan experience
