Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage labor control and volume of job assignments for each staff. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality. • Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern. • Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained. • Conduct audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site. • Contact with the client and report to the parent company. • Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client. • Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problems. • Perform other tasks assigned. • Keep KPI targets and analyzes the problem to achieve KPI. ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่าย QC (45K – 60K) (SDG-104477) หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • บริหารจัดการการควบคุมแรงงานและปริมาณการมอบหมายงานของพนักงานแต่ละคน • ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ • รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ • ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนด • ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่ไซต์การผลิต • ติดต่อลูกค้าและรายงานต่อบริษัทแม่ • จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้กับลูกค้า • การแก้ไขปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และมาตรการรับมือเพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน • ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย • เก็บเป้าหมาย KPI และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI
Job Requirement
