QC Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) (35K-52K) (SDG-28834) <Job Responsibilities> Inspect the quality of products by controlling inspectors Respond client’s requirements to meet their quality standard, visit client when it’s necessary Supervise and ensure Quality Control during the entire production flow, from incoming materials to finished products Check defective product (scratch on the product etc.) and investigate the cause with manager, rebuild up production procedure and quality manual to prevent from having defective products Coordinate with other team, and let other team to follow new work instruction to keep good quality of the product Manage and control inspectors and other production staff to follow quality standard Manage ISO document, ask related department to submit necessary report for ISO Create QC related reports in English in order to report incident and solution for any complain from client
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-43 years old Bachelor Degree in any fields Around 7 year’s working experience as QC in coil center or metal processing company OR 5 years working experience as QC in metal pressed automotive parts manufacturing company Used to work as at least supervisor level Have experience to make reports for clients in English Strong leadership to control other department and staffs Advanced conversation level of English Knowledge of ISO standards Be able to commute to work by themselves <Preferable Skill / Experience> Able to communicate in Japanese Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: Basic level Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 3, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:45 (Mon-Fri) (Sat: 6-10 times/year) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–60,000 THB About the company Products: Rolled steel plate and rolled steel sheet for Automobile Business Type: Steel / Metal / Energy
