Job Description
Job Responsibilities ・Manage labor control and volume of job assignments for each staff. ・Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality. ・Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern. ・Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained. ・Conduct audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site. ・Contact with the client and report to the parent company. ・Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client. ・Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problems. ・Perform other tasks assigned. ・Keep KPI targets and analyzes the problem to achieve KPI. ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ・จัดการการควบคุมแรงงานและปริมาณการมอบหมายงานของพนักงานแต่ละคน ・ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ ・รายงานปัญหาด้านคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ ・ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนดเฉพาะ ・ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่ไซต์การผลิต ・ติดต่อกับลูกค้าและรายงานต่อบริษัทแม่ ・จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้กับลูกค้า ・การแก้ไขปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และมาตรการรับมือเพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน ・ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ・เก็บเป้าหมาย KPI และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI
Job Requirement
