Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To prepare calibration plans and coordinate with external agencies - To carry out and check equipment calibration - To manage and oversee the pest control system - To verify that quality control procedures and records are complete, accurate, and clear. - To monitor and inspect production processes, equipment installation, and services - To ensure compliance with quality and food safety systems - To collect and send samples for microbiological and chemical analysis - To perform and verify the cleaning validation (Swab Test) as planned - To review and control internal and external documents and information - To Record data into the system - Other tasks as assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Product Development - At least 1 year of Experience in QC, QA, or Production Control related to meat products - Fresh Graduates with Internship Experience as QC/QA related to meat products are welcome - Experience in Equipment Calibration, Pest Control, and Production Process - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with internal Japanese, email, report, and documents) - Knowledge in ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001, HACCP, or ISO 17025 - Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office. <In Details> - Responsibility - Detail-oriented - Positive attitude - Good interpersonal skills with colleagues. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in the Processed Chicken or Poultry Industry
