QA/QC Supervisor - Manager
(37K – 60K) (SDG-57023)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for all QA activities of metal products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Inspection CMM, Cutting tool and other measurement tools such as caliper,height gauge).
• Prepare PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Inspections, ISO 9001 ,and IATF 16949.
• Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at production line.
• Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client.
• Manage labor control and volume of job assignment for each staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by JP management.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3 years working experience as QA / QC supervisor from iron , steel ,metal product in Automotive manufacturing.
• Have experience about internal audit and external audit.
• Able to use CMM ,Cutting tool and Measurement tools ( Caliper ,Height Gauge).
• Good knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Inspections, ISO 9001 ,and IATF 16949.
• Able to read 2D drawing.
• Knowledge about QMS and QMR system.
• Advance conversational low level in English (Read and write report)
• Can work as a team and can work under pressure.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday *Saturday Working: one a month or twice a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรม QA ทั้งหมดของผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัท และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
•การตรวจสอบ CMM เครื่องมือตัดและเครื่องมือวัดอื่น ๆ เช่นคาลิปเปอร์มาตรวัดความสูง)
•เตรียม PPAP, APQP, FMEA, แผนการควบคุม, MSA, การตรวจสอบ, ISO 9001 และ IATF 16949
•ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QA และการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่สายการผลิต
•จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้กับลูกค้า
•จัดการการควบคุมแรงงานและปริมาณการมอบหมายงานสำหรับพนักงานแต่ละคน
•ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ
•ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารญี่ปุ่นมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน QA / QC จากเหล็กเหล็กกล้าผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะในการผลิตยานยนต์
•มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบภายในและการตรวจสอบภายนอก
•สามารถใช้ CMM, เครื่องมือตัดและเครื่องมือวัด (คาลิปเปอร์, เกจวัดความสูง)
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PPAP, APQP, FMEA, แผนการควบคุม, MSA, การตรวจสอบ, ISO 9001 และ IATF 16949 เป็นอย่างดี
•สามารถอ่านภาพวาด 2D
•ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ QMS และ QMR
•การสนทนาขั้นสูงระดับต่ำในภาษาอังกฤษ (อ่านและเขียนรายงาน)
•สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
