Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle customer complaints and quality-related inquiries. This includes conducting historical investigations, researching and verifying work methods in other departments, and discussing countermeasure proposals with relevant teams. - Conduct customer process audits. This involves preparing documentation in accordance with customer requirements and agendas. - Collaborate with personnel from other departments to implement improvements and corrective actions based on audit findings. - Manage and supervise OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) personnel. Responsibilities include training, overtime approval, and performance verification. - Update and maintain OQC work procedures and standard operating instructions. - Report non-conforming products (NGs) identified during OQC inspections. - Conduct verification activities. This includes reviewing product quality documentation from prototyping through to mass production, verifying internal defect reports, and reviewing and summarizing prototype inspection reports. - Allocate and prioritize tasks within the QA department, adapting to varying workloads based on company and project needs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Experience in in-process quality control. - Basic knowledge of quality control and quality assurance. (Examples: Understanding of the seven QC tools, understanding of problem-solving methods, basic knowledge of SPC) - Experience in handling customer process audits. - Personnel development. (work guidance for subordinates) - Communication skills.(Building personal connections, negotiating with your own department and related departments) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience and management of OQC work. - Experience in handling customer complaints (including creating reports) - Experience in dimensional measurement using some kind of dimensional measuring equipment, and experience in analyzing defective products using various analytical instruments. - Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and ISO 14001 requirements. - Understanding of the prototype manufacturing process.
