<Number of employees : Total: 35 Local: 32 Japanese: 3 > <Report Line: QA&QC Manager > <Team Member: 3 persons > <Number of Subordinates: None > <Products: Automotive part (car nozzle)> <Clients: Automotive company > <Saturday Working: Depend on company calendar *0 or 1 a per month> <Position Objective/Expectation > ・Taking care in QA&QA tools specialist activity <Job Responsibilities> ・To use measuring tools especially CMM (Brand CARL ZIESS), Contour (Brand Tokyo seimitsu) + Tokyo seimitsu Software, Roundness (Brand Tokyo seimitsu) ・To maintain CMM, Contour, and Roundness machines. ・Internal quality management system. ・Responsibility for MSA system, including being to prepare and operating ・Report to department manager. Support data and evidence for the new project, APQP Team. ・Responsibility for SPC, Process Capability, etc. ・Responsibility to determine how to measure to provide accurate measurement results and find solutions to improve further ・Audit, Countermeasure follow up, and review supplier' PPAP, In charge of customer claim information & report. ・Responsibility for DWG, QC Process Chart, Inspection, etc., and other documents related to quality.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・High diploma in engineering (electrical, mechanical, process, or industrial) fields. ・At least 3 years of experience in using CMM, Contour, and Roundness machines ・Have knowledge and understanding of the ISO9001:2015 system ・Conversation level middle level in English
