Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [Quality Assurance (QA)] - Develop and implement quality assurance systems, policies, and procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, IATF 16949). - Conduct internal audits and lead external audits from clients or regulatory bodies. - Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools - Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions - Train staff on QA practices, standards, and compliance requirements. [Quality Control (QC)] - Oversee in-line and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. - Manage QC staff to perform sampling, testing, and quality checks throughout production. - Analyze non-conformance data and develop strategies for defect reduction. - Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and ensure laboratory accuracy. - Implement and maintain QC documentation, such as inspection plans and test records. - Maintain and ensure the integrity and proper conduct of QA/QC operations locally whenever a QC Advisor from headquarters is present.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering - At least 10 years of experience in QA/QC in a Manufacturing company prefer Electronic/Machine/Air Conditioner - At least 5 years in Assistant Manager or Manager level - Having management experience - Conversation High level in Japanese (JLPT N3, to communicate with Japanese management and headquater/Responsible for documents and Report as well) - Conversational-middle in English (For e-mail and documents) - Strong knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proficient in ERP and production control systems - Experince in pipe arrangements for air conditioning and hot water heater systems products
