QA/QC Manager (35K–55K) (SDG-64626) ผู้จัดการฝ่าย QA/QC <Job Responsibilities> - Implement QA/QC activities in inspecting products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications - Make role and documents for operation of keeping quality - Report quality problems and procedure of quality concern - Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained - Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at production site - Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client - Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem - Make an action plan for KAIZEN of quality issue - Management of Subordinates - Other tasks assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, MaFemale 30 - 40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 5 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing company (industrial products) - Management experience for more than 1 year - Good command of English skill - Strong knowledge of ISO, QC tools etc - High communication skill and active person, Strong leadership <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Good command of Japanese skill - Working experience in Air conditioner industry Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: A.KLONG LUANG, PATUMTHANI Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat (depends on company calendor)) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–55,000THB About the company Product & Service: Our main products are brass parts for Air conditioner such as Distributor, flare nut, union, nut orifice etc. In addition, we can provide copper plating part for Distributor and orifice. ผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ/ควบคุมคุณภาพ (35K–55K) (SDG-64626) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ดำเนินกิจกรรม QA/QC ในการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า - จัดทำบทบาทและเอกสารในการดำเนินการรักษาคุณภาพ - รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพและขั้นตอนปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ - ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนได้สินค้าตรงตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนด - ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QA และวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่ไซต์การผลิต - จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้ลูกค้า - แก้ไขปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และหามาตรการลดปัญหาประจำเดือนและรายวัน - จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการสำหรับ KAIZEN ด้านคุณภาพ - การจัดการลูกน้อง - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย หม่ามี้เพศหญิง อายุ 30 - 40 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA/QC อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในบริษัทผู้ผลิต (ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม) - ประสบการณ์การบริหารมากกว่า 1 ปี - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี - มีความรู้ด้าน ISO, QC tools ฯลฯ เป็นอย่างดี - มีทักษะในการสื่อสารสูงและกระตือรือร้น มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี - มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องปรับอากาศ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : อ.คลองหลวง ปทุมธานี เวลาทำการ : 8:00-17:00 น.
