Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Verify the quality of materials and monitor the production process. - Analyze quality issues and identify root causes. - Develop and propose solutions to resolve issues. - Work closely with the Production Department and other relevant sections to prevent recurrence of problems and explore long-term solutions. - Maintain and follow work processes in accordance with the plan. - Perform inspections and testing on recreational vehicle components and systems at various production stages. - Maintain quality control documentation, records, and reports. - Participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects. - Conduct supplier quality audits and support incoming material inspection. - Provide quality training and guidance to production line personnel.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor of engineering in any field - At least 3-year experience as QA/QC engineer - Driving license <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Having cooperative and responsible attitude - Possessing critical thinking skills - Excellent time management skills - Good communication skills for collaborating with production and other departments
